Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (available at: http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data used by SEO Geeks (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator considers compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be its most important goal and condition of its activities.
1.2. This Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://seogeeks.com.ua.
2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated personal data processing — processing of personal data using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Personal data processing — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out personal data processing, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://seogeeks.com.ua;
2.9. User — any visitor to the website https://seogeeks.com.ua;
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity;
2.13. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of further recovery in the personal data information system and/or destruction of physical media containing personal data.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including “cookies”) using internet analytics services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others).
3.5. The above-mentioned data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User via email; to conclude, perform, and terminate civil law contracts; and to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials available on the website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@seogeeks.com.ua with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers”.
4.3. Anonymized data collected via internet analytics services are used to gather information about User activity on the website and to improve the quality and content of the website.
5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if the User voluntarily provides them via forms available on the website https://seogeeks.com.ua. By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data if this is allowed by the User’s browser settings (cookies enabled and JavaScript technology in use).
6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures required to fully comply with current legislation on personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User may update them by sending a notification to info@seogeeks.com.ua with the subject “Personal data update”.
6.4. The processing period of personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to info@seogeeks.com.ua with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Before initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state receiving the data provides adequate protection of personal data subjects’ rights.
7.2. Cross-border transfer to countries that do not meet the above requirements is allowed only with written consent of the personal data subject and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

8.2. Any changes to this Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
